¹ 30,000 Bonus Miles:: You will receive your bonus miles when you make qualifying transactions totaling $250 or more. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after your qualifying transactions appear on your billing statement for bonus miles to post to your account. Qualifying transactions include purchases, balance transfers, and any checks that are used to access your account, and exclude cash advances. To qualify for this bonus offer, account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time United Mileage Plus Visa cardmembers with new accounts. Existing United Mileage Plus Visa cardmembers/accounts are not eligible for this bonus offer. Bonus miles do not count towards caps. These miles do not count toward elite status.

⁴ 2 Miles for Every Eligible Dollar Spent:: You will earn 2 miles for each $1 of eligible net purchases made directly from United and 1 mile for each $1 of all other net purchases. Double miles for United purchases only apply to purchases made directly from United (including but not limited to www.united.com, United Reservations, or United City Ticket Offices). United flights purchased through a travel agent or travel website do not apply, unless otherwise specified. There is no maximum number of miles that you can accumulate in the program. You do not earn miles on balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. UNITED MILEAGE PLUS® VISA® CARD PROGRAM INFORMATION:: Individuals whose requests for this offer are not approved will not be enrolled in Mileage Plus through this request, although existing Mileage Plus members will remain enrolled in Mileage Plus. Authorized users will not be enrolled in Mileage Plus as a result of this request. Mileage Plus miles awarded through the use of the authorized user's card will only be credited to the primary cardmember's account. If a cardmember's membership in United's Mileage Plus Program is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of that Program, the cardmember will no longer be eligible for or receive any Mileage Plus miles for purchases using the United Mileage Plus Card.
